研究方向

1.探討多重環境壓力之交互作用影響大腦發育與神經退化之分子機制。多重環境壓力包括壓力荷爾蒙糖皮質素及其受體 (glucocorticoid receptor)、環境荷爾蒙及其受體芳香烴受體(aryl hydrocarbon receptor)、及低氧及低氧誘發因子(hypoxia-inducible factors)
2.探討神經生長蛋白GAP43在神經系統發育及神經損傷後復原過程中,對突觸塑性及神經膠細胞活性之影響。
3.探討中樞神經白質損傷之神經保護機制。
